Does Converse give full refund?

We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your purchase. We offer a full refund on all returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of receipt. Returns must include the original packing slip and be sent via a traceable method to ensure that they are received by our warehouse.

We are unable to accept C. O. D. deliveries. Seasonal merchandise and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt and will be credited back to the original form of payment.
