1. Lack of Experience: While I may have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, my lack of experience may be a potential limitation. I’m eager to expand my knowledge and learn through hands-on applications and challenges.
2. Limited Network: I don’t have a large professional network and can sometimes take longer than usual to understand a project or circumstance. To combat this, I’m working hard to create new connections, attend networking events, and join professional groups on LinkedIn.
3. Setbacks in Adapting: I can sometimes adjust more slowly to new ideas and practices and may need time to adjust to new processes. That said, I am a fast learner and have successfully adapted to multiple changes throughout my career.
I’m committed to continuing the growth and getting comfortable working in new and different areas.
What is your weakness answer?
My greatest weakness is my tendency to take on too much at once. I am passionate about getting things done, and believe that if I work hard enough, I can get anything done, regardless of how challenging the task may be.
As a result, I often end up taking on far too much all at once, leading to me stressing out and becoming overwhelmed. I have been working on this weakness and trying to find ways to better manage my workload by breaking big projects into smaller, manageable tasks and scheduling realistic timelines for when each task needs to be completed.
I’m still learning, but I’m making progress.
What are 3 weaknesses about yourself?
My top three weaknesses are probably being too analytical, trouble delegating and my occasional perfectionism. As a highly analytical person in nature, I tend to overthink things and analyze the situation to a point that I can’t easily make a decision.
This can at times lead to paralysis by analysis and get in the way of quickly making a decision. At times I find it difficult to properly delegate tasks and put too much of the workload on myself, resulting in too much stress.
Lastly, I have a tendency to be a perfectionist and strive to be the best at everything I do. This can cause me to spend too much time on certain tasks and push myself too hard, resulting in feeling overwhelmed and unmotivated.

I am confident that I have the technical skills needed to quickly learn new systems and processes, as well as to maintain existing technology.
I believe that the most important factor in a successful hire is the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders. My prior experience, as well as my interpersonal skills, make me a great choice for the job.
