Why am I getting an email from mighty networks?

Mighty Networks is an online platform that allows you to create, connect and grow communities, network hubs, and professional services. By joining a Mighty Network, you can engage with like-minded people, explore topics of interest, and stay current with what’s happening in the Mighty Network.

As a member of a Mighty Network, you will receive email notifications whenever something new happens in the Mighty Network such as when someone posts in a group, has an announcement, or when a post has been voted on.

Therefore, you are receiving an email from Mighty Networks because you are a member of a Mighty Network, or because someone has contacted you directly through the network.

How do I cancel my mighty networks subscription?

Canceling your subscription on Mighty Networks is easy.

1. Log into your Mighty Networks account.

2. Go to the “Settings” tab.

3. Then click on “Manage Plan”.

4. At the bottom, there’s an option to view your current subscription.

5. Lastly, click “Cancel Subscription” and follow the steps.

Keep in mind that if you’ve purchased a Mighty Pro plan your plan will continue until the end of the current billing period, and then it will automatically expire. If you want to continue to receive the Pro benefits you will need to re-subscribe and unlock your Pro features before the end of the current billing period.

How do I remove a member from mighty networks?

To remove someone from your Mighty Network, log into your Admin Dashboard and choose the “Members” option. You will then see a list of users currently in your network. Select a user you’d like to remove and click on the ellipses icon next to their profile image.

Then, select “Edit user. ” From there, you’ll see a button for “Suspend User” located at the bottom of the page. Click the button and confirm you’d like to remove the user, and that user will be removed from the network.

If you’d like to delete the user from your network permanently, you’ll need to contact our team. We’ll help you remove your member from your network, delete any data associated with them, and provide information about GDPR and data privacy.

Additionally, you’ll be able to manage your Networks from one place and keep an eye on their performance in the same place. Each of your Mighty Networks can have custom branding and its own unique look, as well as separate members from other Networks.

You can also easily transfer members from one Mighty Network to another if they choose to join multiple communities.
