Every time I am on the internet, either reading an article or checking for information, Xfinity will freeze my mouse from moving on and I must click back on to continue. This has been doing this bloody routine since Xfinity supposedly performed so much work upgrading our system to "perfection". What a joke! I had good service until this upgrade took place. I am so miffed at paying such high prices for service and not getting a really good service anymore. Disgusting to say the least....
