permethrin is totally useless to kill scabies and less effective that sulfur cream that is typically cheaper. Scabies infection is extremely difficult to eradicate and few centres in the world are studying these little parasites saying that maybe there will be a REALLY effective cure to kill the spiders in no less than 20 years. The market is saturated with creams and lotions that as you will see it will not eradiacte tham away, everybody wants a slice of the scabies profit on the market.
