Does PacSun have free return?

Yes, PacSun offers free returns on all purchases, including those made online. To return an item purchased online, customers must contact PacSun’s customer service team and they will provide instructions on the return process.

Customers should note that items must be returned within 60 days of the original purchase and must be in new, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags still attached. Any items that do not meet these criteria may be subject to additional restocking fees.

Additionally, customers may also return items purchased in-store with a receipt for a full refund or exchange within 60 days of the original purchase. Sale and clearance items are only eligible for store credit or exchange and may be subject to additional restocking fees.

How long does PacSun take to refund?

PacSun typically takes between 7-10 business days to process refunds, depending on the payment method used for the original purchase. If the refund was made to a credit or debit card, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed by the card issuing bank.

If the original payment was made using PayPal, the refund should appear after 15 days. If a physical store return was made, it is recommended to allow up to 30 days for the return to be processed.

Can you exchange at PacSun?

Yes, PacSun offers exchanges. If your item doesn’t fit, you can exchange it as long as you have the original receipt, your item has not been worn, changed, washed or otherwise damaged, and that it is within the store’s return policy time frame.

To exchange, simply return your item to any PacSun store, or mail it back to the warehouse. When exchanging in stores, please bring in a valid form of identification. When exchanging by mail, the item must be returned with a tracking number and must be insured for the full purchase amount.

Please note, if you are returning an item purchased in a store, it must be returned to a PacSun store. All exchanges made in store are based on availability.

How do I return to a different size PacSun?

If you need to change the size of your PacSun purchase, you’ll need to do a return and then place a new order for the item in the desired size. More specifically, you will need to mail back the item you originally purchased, or take it to a local PacSun store.

If mailing back your item, send it back to PacSun’s return processing center by filling out the return form found on the back of your invoice. Once your return has been processed, PacSun will send you an email with the details of your credit or refund.

You can then use that money to place a new order for the item in a different size.

If returning your item to a PacSun store, you’ll need to bring in your invoice along with the item. A PacSun associate can then process your return and you can then use the refund to purchase the item in a different size.

Please note that PacSun does not refund original shipping costs for any online orders, nor will they allow for exchanges for items purchased online. You will need to do a return and then place a new order for the item if you need a different size.

What is Garage return policy?

Garage Clothing’s return policy allows customers to return their merchandise for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be unworn and in their original condition with the original tags attached in order for the return to be processed.

Customers who return their items after the 30-day period will receive store credit in the amount of their purchase. Customers can return their items in-store or via mail. For returns made in-store, customers will be able to receive their refund as soon as their item is returned.

For returns made via mail, refunds and store credits will be processed as soon as the item is received at the warehouse and can take up to two weeks. For any items returned that do not meet the return policy requirements, customers will only be refunded up to 50% of their original purchase price.

How do I use a PacSun merchandise return card online?

If you have a PacSun merchandise return card and would like to use it online, you can do so by following these steps:

1. Go to www.Pacsun.com and sign in to your account.

2. Once logged in, select the “My Account” option at the top right corner of the page.

3. On the following page, select the “Payment” option in the left-hand sidebar.

4. On the “Payment” page, select the “Add Payment Method” button.

5. On the “Add Payment Method” page, select “Return Card” from the list of payment options.

6. Once you’ve selected “Return Card”, enter the 16-digit card number located on the back of your PacSun Return Card.

7. Enter the 3-digit security code located on the back of your PacSun Return Card.

8. Enter the expiration date of your card, which is located on the front of the card.

9. Select “Add Card”.

Your Return Card will now be saved in your account and you can use it for future purchases. Keep in mind that Return Cards cannot be used in store and must be used online. Can you return an online order in-store?

Yes, many stores allow customers to return online orders in-store. The easiest way to find out if this is an option for your order is to check the website of the store from which you purchased the item.

Most stores that allow returns in store will have this information listed on their website or in the product description. For example, if you purchased something from Target, you may see the option for “Returns and Exchanges” which allows you to select “Store Return” as an option.

Additionally, many stores have a customer service line where you can speak directly with a representative to receive further information and instructions. If it is not clear on the website, then it is best to ask a customer service representative to be sure if they will accept your online return in-store.

Can I return something if I took the tag off target?

Yes, you can return something if you took the tag off at Target. Target has a Return Without Receipt policy, which gives customers the ability to return most purchases without a receipt. You can usually provide a valid photo ID instead.

In this case, the item must be in its original condition, and some items may only be exchanged. If you bought an item with a Target REDcard, the return policy is extended to 90 days with no receipt. Be sure to check the return policy information on Target’s website, as additional exceptions may apply.
