Why can’t I find my Xbox clips?

There could be a few possible reasons why you cannot find your Xbox clips. Firstly, if you did not save your clip/s to your Xbox profile or to a USB storage device, then they will not be saved. Usually when clips are saved to your profile, they should appear in your profile’s Captures gallery.

However, if you find that your clips are not there, then it is likely that the clips were not actually saved when you were recording.

Another possible reason for why you can’t find your clips could be a technical issue. If you experienced errors or freezing during the recording process, there is a chance that the clips may not have been completely saved.

As such, try restarting your console to see if the clips appear after giving your console a refresh.

If you’re still having difficulty finding your clips, you may need to make sure that your console is running the latest version of the Xbox software. If it is not, then it could be worth checking for any updates to try and solve any potential software issues.

Finally, if you have tried the steps above but are still unable to locate your clips, then you may need to contact Xbox support for further assistance.
