Why did Instagram change the reshare?

Instagram recently changed their reshare feature to enable users to reshare posts quickly and easily, while also protecting intellectual property and helping content creators to better control their work.

It also makes it easier for content creators to monitor the spread of their works, which can help them track their audience and better monetize their work.
