If you have chosen a flexible subscription plan, then you can easily skip as many weeks as you’d like without worrying about being charged.

It is important to note that you must cancel or skip at least five days before the Saturday of your delivery. This will ensure that your account is not charged for the upcoming week.

Does HelloFresh automatically charge?

HelloFresh does automatically charge you, however you always have control over the payment methods associated with your account. You can select the payment method of your choice, but once you make the selection, your order will be automatically charged at the time it is processed.

Additionally, you can select a different payment method whenever you place an order. Finally, you are always able to cancel an order before it is processed and your card will not be charged.
